I Love To Fail In Internet Marketing

by Ron

Yikes..not a great headline for the very first post on my blog, but I wanted to talk about a very important topic – FAILURE.

I have launched hundreds of projects and ventures in many different fields of Internet Marketing over the past two years….most of them failed and they failed spectacularly.

Naturally, I was devastated each time that happened…for eg:- I would run campaign after campaign on Google Adwords in the hope that they would magically turn profitable. And I lost a lot of money doing that….

But did I hang up my gloves? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I knew that everytime I failed, I was learning something new, something that I should avoid the next time…

And so each campaign I launched was always a tiny bit better than the previous…and slowly, I could see my campaigns starting to go from a negative to a positive..

So, why am I mentioning this? Well..I was thinking this morning about a point in my life 12 months ago when I was so frustrated that nothing was working out in my marketing ventures and I very strongly considered going back to a regular day job.

But I loved this business too much to do that…and so I kept going on. I did not give up and I knew that every time I failed, it would only bring me one step closer to success.

Today, I am around the block and have a growing information product business and a strong affiliate business and if not for my determination, I would probably be punching the clock in a dreary job.

Many of you reading this are probably in a similar situation – you have been working on different projects and they may not be working out well for you. And you are probably at a point where you might be thinking of giving up…

My advice to you is this – find a job if you need the money. But never give up on your marketing ventures…the more you fail, realize that you are getting one step closer to making it in this business..

I was at Matt Wolfe’s blog and I noticed this blog headline. That headline sucked me right in to a great blog post. Thanks for writing that.
